Women's German Café

Our Women's German Café offers low-threshold access to learning the German language, thereby meeting an urgent need. Participating women have the opportunity to take part in active language exchange, regardless of where they come from or what their native language is.

Together with the participants, we actively use the German language and practise speaking, listening, reading and writing. We are supported by volunteers who take on small groups and assist the process with various materials and special methods.

We also offer free childcare so that women with children can participate.

Where: CONCORDIA LenZ, Hochstettergasse 6, 1020 Vienna.
(near Praterstern U1/U2, tram lines 5, O or 2)

When: Monday to Thursday, 09:00-12:00 hrs.

Start: Start is possible on an ongoing basis (there is a waiting list)

Offer:

• GERMAN speaking, listening, reading and writing
  (several groups from A0 to B1 level)
• Everyday topics as needed
  (authorities, health, housing, education,...)
• Childcare for children from approx. 1.5 years of age
  Excursions (KULTURPASS is issued)
• Counselling/social work as needed

Costs: the Women's German Café is FREE OF CHARGE.
