Measuring and improving our impact
Our professional Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning programme (MEAL) is embedded in all CONCORDIA project countries.
It enables us to assess whether our programmes achieve the intended results. We use the findings to continuously improve our services and ensure that resources are used effectively.
Advocating for sustainable change
Our projects combine direct support with strong advocacy. CONCORDIA brings the experiences and needs of children and families into political decision-making processes.
We work with policymakers at national and European levels. Through targeted advocacy and strategic communication, we raise awareness of social inequality, child poverty and unequal access to education.
